Accepting the position of a private arbitrator or an agreed-upon arbitrator
In a dispute between you and another person you may reach an agreement, as one of the parties, to select a private arbitrator to settle your disputes with the other party, vice versa.
You and the other party may also agree to select a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
Iran Arbitration Center is ready to accept the position of a private arbitrator or an agreed-upon arbitrator and provide arbitration advice with the aid of adept arbitrators and arbitration experts.
