Arbitrating disputes over cheques and commercial papers

The disputes arising between businessmen and merchants over the issuance and payment of commercial papers (e.g. cheques, promissory notes, drafts, bills of lading, storage bills, and bank orders) or the disputes occurring due to the postponement of payments or the lack of delivery of the amount or commodity specified in the commercial papers may be referred to arbitration.
